The class have begun and will continue learning about them by means of videos, reading passages, books, and interactive activities. Assessments on these will be given in the following weeks.

Notices for April 4 to 8

 Dear Parents,

This Tuesday we have Mass at 9:00 and the Honors Assembly will be held right after the Mass.  Parents of those receiving awards are invited to attend the ceremony. On Thursday we have Open House for parents who wish to see our class but only from 9:00 to 10:00.

The End of Module 4 Math Test is being given this Tues. and Vocabulary Quiz on Goods and Services is scheduled for Wed.  On Fri. all books must be packed up and put in the back cabinets for the Easter break.  All desks and seat sacks will be cleaned out.

After the break, please have students bring a set of about 8 sharpened colored  pencils.  These are more useful than crayons for the work we will be doing in the future.  They will also be using their personal white board, dark dry erase marker, and a dry erase eraser for Math activities almost every day. Students should also have either a book to read or their Highlights magazine every day -- no coloring books.

Over the break, I strongly recommend working on the Edgenuity program in both Reading and Math to keep skills sharp.  More information on this is provided on google classroom.
