IMPORTANT NOTICES FOR MON., June 26th

Dear Parents,
This is our final week!  Our last day is Wed., June 28th.  Our end of the year must be scheduled for this Monday.  I will be ordering pizza for second grade.  It is important that every student bring in $3.00 and their own individual containers of juice (I suggest 2 or 3).  Also if possible bring in one (no more than one) bag of candy, chips, cookies to share with the class. Any student that does want pizza should bring something of their own since the auditorium may not be available if they wish to buy.)            There will a photographer coming in to take pictures of the class with their home room teacher on Monday.  Mr. Woods asked that all students be dressed in school uniform IF they wish to be in the photo. Last week I sent the year's test folders home and students took home most books.  These should stay home but students should bring their empty book bags back on Monday since I have more to send home. Second graders should bring regular pencils with erasers and colored pencils on Monday.   Final Exams have been corrected and grades recorded but all exams must be sent to the office next week.  IF they are returned, I will send them home.
End of the year awards will be given out to some students on Tuesday at 1:00.  End of the year Mass and 8th grade Graduation will be at 10:00 on Wed. and report cards will be given distributed at 12:30 on Wed. Dismissal on Wed. is at 1:00!   Anyone student who cannot pick up their report card on that day must see Mr. Woods.
