Homework for 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Grades 10/28 to 11/1

Dear Parents,
This week there will be a Book Fair. Students took home flyers on Friday.  Students must bring in their flyer with the books they wish to purchase circled and have the correct amount in a sealed envelope with their name.  This will avoid a lot of confusion and wasted time that usually occurs.
This Thursday, we will be celebrating Halloween at O.L.Q. M. Students should come dressed in their costumes (Parents may not change students in bathrooms) and remain in them all day. I will be ordering pizza for the THIRD GRADE. Please bring in $ 3.00 to cover cost of pizza and different chips. Each student will receive two slices. Each third grader should bring in TWO bags of assorted chocolates or candies: one to hand out during the Pre K , K, and Head start parade and the other to share with the class.  Each student should bring their own small juice or soda (no glass or large plastic bottles) and their trick or treat bag or plastic pumpkin to hold their treats.  Students may also bring in no more than three dollars if they wish to buy at the cake sale that say.  There will be Mass on Friday for All Saints' Day.
Third graders also need to remember to bring in their thesaurus by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. This request was made on the last blog entry.

Please  check back on Thursday for more  homework!
