Regarding Halloween which we will be celebrating on Mon. Oct. 31st, students should come already dressed in their costumes.  I will be ordering pizza for lunch so I am requesting that each  SECOND GRADE student bring $3.00 by this Thursday to cover the cost. Students will also need to bring in their own individual  juice or soda containers (NO GLASS or LARGE bottles allowed) as well as one bag of treats to share with OUR  class AND an additional LARGE  bag of individually wrapped candies to share with ALL the PreK classes when they parade in front of our classroom.   I will be discussing with the second grade students what each should bring in so that everyone does not bring in the same item.   We will be doing some school work but all Halloween style and of course no quiz on that Monday.  Dismissal is at 3:00 as usual. Be sure to bring a hollow pumpkin or trck or treat bag to take home your extra treats!
