Notices and Study Guide for 2nd, 3rd & 4th for Oct. 17th

Dear Parents,
         Progress Reports were sent home on Friday.  These should be signed and returned on Monday to their homeroom teacher.  Remember that ELA grade now consists of R (Reading), SL (Speaking/Listening) categories scored by Ms. Bagley and L (Language skills) and W (Writing skills)  categories scored by me. They are all combined in ONE grade. Pleas remember to check on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS for the week's homework.

FOURTH GRADE
 Religion Quiz  will be on Monday. STUDY Chapter 4.  Memorize all key words. On looseleaf write a heading and answer all questions on p. 66. Study also notes on "Out of Nothing "sheet in notebook. Memorize the anctus prayer and study notes on what the words mean.Study also the roles we share with Adam and Eve written in the notebook.

THIRD GRADE
Religion Quiz  will be on Monday. STUDY Chapter 3.  Memorize all key words. On looseleaf write a heading and answer all questions on p. 54. Study the Apostles' Creed sheet in the notebook and know what the different parts mean as explained in class.

SECOND GRADE
 Religion Quiz  will be on Monday. STUDY Chapter 3.  Memorize all key words.  Look up and answer all questions on p 54 in the book. Memorize the definitions of all seven sacraments on pp. 50-51.

Also click on this link to review using the rapp method in writing. There are 27 slides in all.  Please practice reading the first 14 slides only. Be prepared for an assessment on being able to restate!
