THIRD
Review all notes on Aesop's Fables in ELA notebook including the Venn diagram.
Review the title and moral of each of the fables we studied in class (see notes).
Know the definitions of the following terms: fable, character, setting, plot, moral, problem, solution.
Review how to retell fables separating beginning, middle, and ending.
SECOND
Know the definitions of the following terms: character, setting,events, problem, solution,, fantasy.
Know the meaning and how to use reflexive pronouns in sentences (eg. myself, himself, herself, yourself, yourselves, ourselves, themselves).
Know how to distinguish the beginning, middle, and ending of a story.
Review how to create an imagined story.
Review how to create a suitable ending to a story that shows the solution to a problem.
