Dear Parents,
The ELA Final Exam for second grade will include questions on work covered for the entire year which is divided into FOUR different domains. Each section will include questions on vocabulary, grammar skills, phonics, and some short responses based on readings. Each class will also be required to write ONE complete essay of one paragraph with an introduction and conclusion and some transition words OR one letter including all five letter parts. All students should review thorougly ALL past ELA quizzes/tests that will be returned to them on Thursday! All students can also refer to their ELA notebooks, Progress Book, and Phonics books. Below is a detailed study guide for second grade:
SECOND GRADE
Domain 1: Fairy Tales and Tall Tales
