Dear Parents,
Please note that I corrected the page numbers for Thursday's Grammar homework in the Voyages workbook. I also added a link so students can watch a video on the Stations of the Cross. On Monday all students need to bring in their test folder with Progress Report and all tests signed so they can be filed. Progress Reports will be returned the same day. On Tuesday, I will be attending a workshop but there will still be class. On Friday there is no school once again.

Homework for March 9 (Mon.)
Math - Do workbook pp. 33, 34, and 35. YES THREE PAGES! Follow ALL directions.
Science- On loose leaf write a full heading. Answer the two questions on p. D 15. Each answer may require two or three sentences each.
***NO SPELLING WORDS FOR TONIGHT DUE TO THREE PAGES OF MATH.
Homework for March 10 (Tues.)
Math- Do workbook pp. 39 and 40. READ CAREFULLY ALL DIRECTIONS!!!
ELA- Study next five sight words on the list: every, find, first, from, funny. Also review the first 15 words on the list. Assessment on all twenty words on Thurs.
Homework for March 11 (Wed.)
Math- Do workbook pp. 43 and 44. Follow directions.
Religion- Answer ALL questions on p. 142. For the question under #5, give TWO examples that you looked up in the text. Don't guess!

Homework for March 12 (Thurs.)
Math- Do workbook pp. 47 and 48. Follow directions.
Social Studies- On loose leaf write a full heading. Answer two questions on p. 159 in complete sentences.
***Study the next five words on the list: give, going, great, had, hers.
ELA- Please sign in to the Pearson website and look for the title Hunter's Money Jar. Practice reading over the book we studied in class.
***ALL your students' classwork and homework assignments have been corrected and grades have been recorded on EDUCATE so you can check if you have the password.
***AS YOU ALREADY KNOW SCHOOL IS CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 23. After children have completed the homework assignments above, all parents need to check the blog EVERY DAY starting Monday, March 16 for continued assignments to be given during the coming week or weeks. Students have taken most of their books home. Please make sure that students complete ONLY the pages that I assign!!! I ask that parents take a few minutes each day to check that those pages are done completely. In case of errors please ask your children to look for mistakes and do the page over. Please have children take good care of their books. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK THE BLOG AGAIN STARTING MON., MARCH 16. Thank you for your cooperation during this difficult time. Keep safe!
